In the 1928 Casper City Directory this address was the Columbia Billiard Parlor run by Carl Nicolaysen and William Kaskis, without an alley I presume.
In the 1931-1932 Casper City Directory there is a reference to Star Billiard Parlor and proprietor Pete Goffried at 230 W 1st which might be related. Frank O Johnson and Art Claughton were the owners/managers per the 1932 Wyoming Ives Directory. F G Pittman and Geo McKenzie were the owners/managers per the 1937 Wyoming Ives Directory. I have two references for this bowling alley in the 1932 and 1937 Casper Polk Directory. Lee's Glass Inc. is at this location today. |
