In the 1928 Casper City Directory, the Columbia Billiard Parlor was nearby at 239 W 1st was run by Carl Nicolaysen and William Kaskis, without an alley I presume.
The alleys officially opened in November 1931. Frank O Johnson and Art Claughton were the owners/managers per the 1932 Wyoming Ives Directory. F G Pittman and Geo McKenzie were the owners/managers per the 1937 Wyoming Ives Directory. Lee's Glass Inc. is at this location today. |
